The brief
A regional construction company was running a growing operation across a patchwork of disconnected tools. As their IT Director, the job was to replace that with one system that the office and the field could both live in — accurate, fast, and trusted with the numbers that run the business.
What I built
An in-house ERP that ties the whole operation together: estimating, field operations, payroll, AP / GL / AR, and the reporting leadership runs on. It's in production and used every day. I'm keeping the employer's name out of it — the point here is the scale, not the logo.
